We have put together a comprehensive pre-arrival checklist to ensure a smooth transition into your new home, designed to provide you with all the necessary information and guidance you need to make your arrival and settling-in process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
We look forward to making your stay with us comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable.
Check in time
Check-in from 2pm
Front desk hours
9am – 7pm Monday to Friday
9.30am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday
If you’re arriving outside of these hours, call our Resident Leaders on 0439 214 847 and they will check you in.
Documents to bring
Passport / Photo ID
Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) / Proof of enrolment
What to pack
All Iglu properties come fully furnished but there are certain things you’ll still need to bring.

Iglu linen kits
There is a lot to think about when you’re moving to a new home and we want to make it as smooth as possible for you.
That’s where one of our handy linen packs comes in. With a quilt, quilt cover, pillows, bed linen and towels, it has everything you need to freshen up, make your bed and settle in for a good night’s sleep.
How much are they?
- Double Sized Bed – $175 AUD
It’s easy to order one!
If you would like to order a linen pack, simply fill in the form at the link below. The property team will confirm availability and then look after the rest for you. Stocks are limited so it is best to order ahead to avoid disappointment.
Where to buy
Situated within Sydney’s cool inner-west, Iglu Summer Hill has a thriving local scene where you’ll find convenient access to shops, groceries, cafes and services.
Pick up your daily groceries from SUPA IGA located behind our property
Hop on the train and travel one stop to Ashfield Mall where you’ll find homewares stores to set you up. Head to Kmart for bed linen, towels, toiletries, kitchenware and cutlery.
Mobile key system
Iglu Summer Hill operates on a mobile key system which means you’ll be able to open your apartment door by holding your phone to the lock.
To help speed up the check-in process, we recommend installing the Livvi app prior to arriving.
You can access the app for Apple or Android here:
Once the Livvi app is installed, you will be asked to register. Please use the email address that you used to place your booking with Iglu. Your key will not appear immediately, it will appear once you have been checked in at Iglu Summer Hill.
Don’t stress if you don’t get a chance to do this, our team will be on hand to help you on the day.
